Golden Latte

Chinese medicine has also utilised turmeric to benefit the spleen and stomach and to invigorate blood and remove stagnation from the body. So you see, although turmeric is popping up in trendy cafe’s all over inner city Melbourne, there is certainly validity to its health effects.
Regardless of whether you are attracted to modern day trends or centuries old traditions, we think this drink is appropriate for all. The warming sensation of turmeric and the other spices support body temperature control in autumn and winter and also assist the body hydrate in summer and spring. We like ours with soy milk, however, feel free to serve your turmeric latte and warming spiced beverage with any milk or nut drink variety.
Ingredients:
1 heaped teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cardamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Living Pure Manuka Honey
2 Cups Soy Milk
Method:
Heat Soy Milk until warm.
Add all ingredients to milk, stir to combine.
With a frothing wand, froth the flavoured milk to achieve a latte consistency.
Drink immediately
