Living Pure Manuka Honey MGO 100+ is the perfect all rounder honey. It displays a number of beneficial properties such as antibacterial strengths so it is helpful to consume at the onset and frequently during cold and flu season. However, compared to other higher MGO ratings, it is not as potent and therefore can be included in everyday honey/sweetener usage rather than used for therapeutic uses only. Our Living Pure Manuka Honey MGO 100+ has a stronger earthy flavour compared to Living Pure Honeycomb which is indicative of its additional antioxidant properties. However, it is not overpowering and therefore nicely compliments recipes or can be spooned over fruit or vegetables that require something extra special.
