Living Pure’s Test Kitchen
One of the benefits of the Living Pure Australia office is our working kitchen, our test kitchen. It is where we explore the flavours and textures of new cuisines and find unique ways for Living Pure product usage. We stay inspired by fresh seasonal produce that is aplenty in Melbourne Australia. We prefer not to mess with the ingredients too much, rather, we enhance the beneficial qualities such as the flavour, colour and nutrition. And then enhance and balance with Living Pure’s premium range.
It is extraordinary how versatile our products are. The Living Pure extra virgin olive oils, Robust and Delicate are fabulous additions in the everyday kitchen. They will take the home cook to masterchef quality. Delicate and Robust are both suitable for cooking with, such as in pan frying, roasting and baking. However, they are also useful in finishing off dishes by balancing all of the other flavours. As you may expect, Living Pure Delicate has a lighter flavour and colour than Living Pure Robust. The Delicate option is ideal in recipes that require balancing, moisture and harmony whilst the Robust variation is ideal in recipes that require more flavour to escalate the dish. Living Pure Robust is the perfect addition to any meal for more satisfaction in flavour.
Recently, we selected the finest ingredients we could find - after all, nothing less is good enough for the premium quality of Living Pure - and matched it with both the Delicate and Robust extra virgin olive oils.
